To be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packing.
Exchange possible within a week with available stock item only with the available sizes in (express ship category products on www.pankhclothing.com)
But for exchange u need to intimate us within 48 hours post receiving the product.
Exchange is only facilitated once
Shipping cost to be borne by client.

If you do not wish to purchase product instantly post meeting all our exchange criteria We will transfer the money in your Pankh Wallet for the same value of the product which is exchanged, this can be redeemed in future for any purchase made on ships in 24 hours and/or express ship category , Validity of your Pankh wallet is 12 months. We do not give any Cash back.
if the product is unavailable due to any reason the amount will be credited only in your pankh wallet.
if the product has not been dispatched from pankh clothing in the given duration ( which is mentioned beside the product or maximum of 25-30 business days) then customer will get the amount in pankh wallet only.
